Terry’s Delivery Service is a family owned and operated company with a reputation for providing extraordinary service. We began as a premier service provider in the Northern California sector. Today we have grown to include the Southern California Region. We strive to provide an on time mobility rate to meet our clients needs. We offer a variety of delivery options including: dock to dock, door to door and many white glove services.
GROUND SERVICES
Terry’s Delivery Service offers customized freight pickup and delivery options. Our drivers and dispatch are trained to carefully coordinate your freight for same day pick-up or delivery. When your shipment is en route, you will be notified by email. Once the freight is signed off or completed, an email will be sent to you that evening or you can also check status on our website for additional items including freight charges.
AIRPORT SERVICES
Airport pick-ups or drop offs are complicated and may become a problem if not coordinated correctly. Our office staff is trained to recognize these types of issue and resolve them. We will advise you as promptly of: any pending ISF charges, customs problems; storage charges, exceptions in freight, shortages, or any other important issues that may cause delay in delivering your freight timely. When your shipment is en route, you will be notified by email. Once the freight is signed off or completed, an email will be sent to you that evening.
OCEAN SERVICE
Terry’s Delivery Service has dedicated staff on hand to specifically coordinate ocean freight. We will advise you of any delays in picking up freight at ocean CFS. You have the ability to provide delivery orders prior to the vessel arriving in Los Angeles. We will check on a daily basis the availability of the freight at its designated ocean CFS. This is just a part of the high level of service we provide. This gives you freedom to focus on other things and not worry about the freight availability at the ocean CFS. When your shipment is en route, you will be notified by email. Once the freight is signed off or completed, an email will be sent to you that evening.
IN BOUND PROCESSING
In-Bond processing is one of the many services offered at Terry’s Delivery Service. The in-bond process allows imported merchandise to be entered at one U.S. port of entry without appraisement or payment of duties and transported by a bonded carrier to another U.S. port of entry.
